The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is pleased to announce the appointment of Dinesh Varatharajoo as the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms, where he will oversee all Rooms operations.
Dinesh brings with him over 15 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience across several renowned luxury brands. He most recently served as Director of Rooms at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel where he led the Rooms division to outstanding achievements.
During his five-year tenure, he also played a pivotal role during the hotel’s service as a Government Designated Facility in support of Singapore’s COVID-19 efforts, overseeing multi-department operations during that critical period.
Prior to this, Dinesh held senior leadership positions at Capella Singapore and The Westin Singapore, where he served as Front Office Manager. He is no stranger to The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, having been part of The Ritz-Carlton Club as the Executive Club and Butler Supervisor — where his hospitality journey with the Ritz-Carlton brand first began.
A graduate of Taylor’s University’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Dinesh has built a career defined by operational excellence and a holistic approach to leadership. Beyond his core role, he has championed quality management, sustainability, and loyalty engagement as a Marriott Bonvoy Head Connector.
In his free time, Dinesh enjoys working out in the gym and taking part in sporting activities. He also likes exploring new cocktail bars and restaurants in the city.
