Property developer E&O Berhad has recently unveiled its newest residential development on Andaman Island, marking the fifth high-rise project within the master-planned waterfront township.
Members of the media from Kuala Lumpur and Penang were recently given an exclusive preview of the development, including tours of the fully furnished show units that showcase the project’s contemporary design and lifestyle-driven features.
AVEA comprises two residential towers with a total of 1,080 fully furnished units. Prices start from RM720,000 and go up to RM1.7 million, with layouts ranging from 678 sq ft to 1,076 sq ft.
