Renowned for its heritage charm and refined hospitality, the hotel presents an abundant spread that showcases a rich tapestry of local delights and international favourites. A highlight of the evening is the ever-popular Kambing Golek, expertly roasted to tender perfection and served with flavourful accompaniments.

Seafood lovers will be spoilt for choice at the chilled section, featuring an impressive selection of poached crustaceans including freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan King Crab, slipper lobster, scallops, prawns, green mussels and black mussels. The salad corner offers refreshing local favourites such as Kerabu Jellyfish, Kerabu Udang and Kerabu Sotong, adding a zesty touch to the spread.

Japanese cuisine enthusiasts can look forward to an enticing sushi and sashimi platter, with offerings such as Salmon Uramaki, Unagi Nigiri, Daikon and Kyuri Futomaki, Kani Stick & Corn Mayo Gunkan, Inari, as well as fresh salmon and tuna sashimi.

The soup selection is equally comforting, featuring Mushroom Potage, Soup Berempah Ayam Kampung, Crab Rassam and Szechuan Soup served with black vinegar — perfect for warming the palate.
