Japan’s iconic sakura, celebrated for its delicate pink petals and enchanting fragrance, is set to bloom at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi.

This spring, the resort has thoughtfully curated a series of sakura-inspired experiences, including a delectable Sakura Afternoon Tea, an indulgent cherry blossom spa treatment, and delightful sakura-themed activities for children.

As the sakura season traditionally begins in March, travelers longing for Japan need look no further. The legendary island of Langkawi brings the beauty of Japan to life, offering the perfect escape for couples seeking a romantic spring getaway or families in search of unforgettable, family-friendly adventures.

Start with the likes of Pink Sakura Uramaki, shrimp, pickled cucumber, radish and wasabi-mayo filled sushi rolls, before tucking into the Stuffed Smoked Salmon Bombolini and more. End the afternoon tea with delightful confections such as the Sakura Ruby Chocolate Tart, Cherry Blossom Profiteroles, Cherry Blossom Madelines and much more, accompanied by a pot of tea.
