IJM Land Berhad (‘IJM Land’) has completed the enhancement works at Udini Roundabout after nine years since the last enhancement was carried out in 2015, highlighting its continuous commitment to refining urban spaces and elevating the quality of public infrastructure.

The recent upgrade has significantly enhanced Udini Roundabout, located at the intersection between Jalan Masjid Negeri, Jalan Jelutong, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and Jalan Tunku Kudin – transforming it into a striking urban landmark.

The revamped landscape now offers a more vibrant and visually appealing environment, adding to the overall charm of the area.

New cubic sculptures have been installed as an extension of the “Distinctively IJM” blue badge, symbolising IJM Land’s unwavering commitment to excellence. This contemporary artwork stands out, highlighting our dedication to quality and innovation and reinforcing our promise to uphold the highest standards in urban development.

“At IJM Land, we take pride in enriching Penang’s artistic landscape. Our commitment to integrating urban sculptures into public spaces reflects our dedication to innovation and aesthetics. The enhancement of Udini Roundabout is a testament to our ongoing efforts to create landmarks that connect with the community and showcase the unique character of Penang” said Goh Su Yin, General Manager (Northern Region) of IJM Land.

The “Welcome to George Town” LED strip lighting signage has been carefully restored and repainted to improve visibility and complement the roundabout’s refreshed appearance.

Fairy lights have been added to the surrounding trees, and additional lighting now highlights the existing bird sculpture, adding a captivating touch to the roundabout, especially in the evenings.

These enhancements reflect their commitment to enhancing public spaces.
