The Chariton Hotel group is fast expanding its chain of hotels.

Already, their hotels are in Butterworth, Bagan Luar, Alma, Ipoh, Skudai Kiri in Johor and Nusa Bestari in Johor.

Soon, they hope to extend their hotels to Chai Leng Park in Perai and Sungai Petani, Kedah.

The Chariton Hotels feature between 30 to 50 rooms, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and personalized stay.

With a dedicated team of approximately 12 staff members at each branch, the hotel demonstrates
its commitment to delivering quality service and ensuring a tailored experience for guests.

With a total inventory of 260 rooms, 560 beds, and 65 staff members across its branches, Chariton Hotel aims to distinguish itself as a leading hospitality brand, offering exceptional services to business travelers while providing excellent returns to shareholders.

Moreover, the hotel aspires to evolve as a strategically sustainable and growing brand in the hospitality industry.

Established in 2008, Chariton Hotel has blossomed into a flourishing franchise, renowned for its
business-friendly accommodations ranging from 1 to 2 stars.

With a 5S-approved business model, the hotel chain strategically caters to the requirements of business travelers.

Their rooms are equipped with facilities and in-room amenities tailored to enrich the overall guest experience.

Their inaugural branch, Chariton Hotel Butterworth, laid the groundwork in 2008 with 50 rooms
spanning a 25,000-square-foot area.

Subsequent expansions included Chariton Hotel Ipoh in 2011, offering 46 rooms within a 16,000-square-foot build-up area, and Chariton Hotel Alma in 2016, featuring 30 rooms within an 11,000-square-foot space.

Further expansion efforts led to the introduction of Chariton Hotel Bagan, boasting 36 rooms.

In 2023, Chariton Hotel Skudai in Johor was established, providing 47 rooms to cater to a wider
audience. Lastly, Chariton Hotel Nusa Bestari, also located in Johor, was unveiled, offering 45
rooms surrounded by excellent amenities.

This strategic expansion underscores Chariton Hotel’s dedication to meeting the diverse needs of business travelers across key Malaysian locations.
