The Feringgi Grill at the Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa will host th Fizzylicious Brunch on Sunday Oct 27 with a host of wonderful spread for guests to enjoy.
The brunch will start from 12pm to 3pm at RM350 nett per person with free flow of bubbles.
Highlights include starters like organic field greens, romaine, lollo rosso, tear drop tomato, baby artichokes and many more.
On the sushi and sashimi corner, expect delights such as tuna, salmon, octopus, scallops served with traditional Japanese condiments while the Seafood on Ice section brings fresh prawns, snow crab claws, clams, mussel, traditional cocktail sauce, peppercorn mignonette among others.
There are also foie gras delicacies foie gras flambe.
As for the main course, enjoy lamb cutlet, snapper meuniere, chicken breast and beef wellington.
The spread also brings a variety of cheese, walnuts and dried fruits. The dessert section creamy rice pudding, mini chocolate tartlet, strawberry tart, mixed berry crumble pie, citrus cheese cake and many more.
