The Bayview Hotel Georgetown is offering its Citarasa Nusantara buffet dinner till April 30, 2022 from 7pm till 10pm at its Kopitiam coffeehouse this time around.

Chef Tony Tan and his food & beverage team have put out the best of the season to treat guests.

There are a range of appetizers and pickles to tempt your taste buds before you start your meal. The soup section offers soto ayam and seafood tom yam.

The BBQ section offers fish, chicken, steak with several sauces to go along. The action stalls bring char koay teow, laksa, ais kacang, bandung, orange juice and more.

Among the main dishes are chicken rice special, biryani, ayam masak merah, daging harimau menangis, white rice among others. Do check out their dessert section to end your meal. 

At a recent food tasting gathering for media and friends, general manager Lynne Choong, director of sales and marketing Mark De Sousa and food and beverage manager Zainal Amri were on hand.
