Amazing variety at Royale Chulan Hotel in George Town Penang this Ramadhan

Authentic kampung dishes like “Cucur Harimau Menangis”, “Sup Tulang”, “Kambing Panggang Golek” and many more mouth-watering delicacies await you at the Royale Chulan Penang’s “Sajian Nostalgia Ramadhan Buffet” from May 7 until June 3.

The spread draws its inspiration from traditional Malay recipes and nostalgic flavours from your childhood.

The appetising promotion comprises a mixture of village inspired meals as well as international savouries and sweets.

The spread includes a section with an enjoyable array of dishes such as Rendang Tok, Kepah Masak Cili Padi, Gulai Daging Batang Pisang, Ketam Gulai Borneo, Asam Pedas Ikan Sembilang, Telur Itik Masak Lemak Cili Padi and Spaghetti Sambal Sotong.

This year, guests will also have a choice of Nasi Beriani, Nasi Hujan Panas, Nasi Tomato or Nasi Dhall specially put out by executive sous chef Khamarullizad Hassan and his team.

To complete your meal, guests can also enjoy the delicious Sago Gula Melaka, Sago Pengat Pisang, Cucur Keria, Aneka Kuih Bakar, the all-time crowd favourite of Ice Kacang and Cendol as well as an array of modern palatable desserts.

The buffet spread is priced at RM90nett per adult and RM50nett per senior citizen or child.
