A new line-up of councilors for Penang Island City council and Seberang Perai City Council have been named. A total of 48 councilors were named (24 for each council).
Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow and State Exco for Housing, Local Government, Town and Country Planning,Jagdeep Singh Deo were on hand.
