The new management team at the soon to be opened Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang is rearing to go.
They are led by their general manager Jasmine Keh who has been with the Accor Group for the past 15 years.
She was formerly the general manager of Mercure Beach Penang and prior to that, the director of Global Sales in Accor China, Sofitel Shanghai, Novotel Beijing, Grand Mercure and Mercure Dalian.
Assisting her is the Director of Sales and Marketing, Michelle Maria Azcona who had served with the Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort & Spa, Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Novotel KLCC, Hilton, WebBeds, Berjaya Langkawi and Berjaya Tioman.
The man “holding the wallet” is SC Lim, the Financial Controller while the Food and Beverage manager is Path Aruma, Security Manager and IT being Anand Srisagasen with Ainul Farid Ruseli being the Maintenance Manager.
Other key posts includes, Faridah Bakar being the Talent & Culture Manager, Andrew Satu, the Executive Housekeeper, Shufairy Razak, the Front Office Manager, Mohd Ali Hamid , the Executive Chef, who had served as the Western Chef in Renaissance KL Hotel and Convention Center, Novotel KLCC, Saloma Theatre , Lost World of Tambun , Best Western – Marina Islands, Berjaya Hill Resort Colmar – Bukit Tinggi, Tricor Hive.
Other HODs are Adeline TanYi Pinso as the Revenue and Reservations Manager and Hidayah Soberi as the Personal Assistant cum Guest Experience Executive.
