The stylish hotel is located along the intersection of Burma road and Transfer Road in Georgetown.
They offer a great variety of tasty dishes ranging from Alu Alu Fish Chop, Grilled Chicken Chop, Grilled Salmon, Grilled Beef & Sweet Kebab, Seafood Pasta, Burgers, Homemade Barracuda Fish Finger, Caramelized Banana Waffle and Classic Waffle with Honey to name a few options for diners.
The dishes are available for both lunch and dinner.
To wash down your food, they offer a variety of beer selections along with their impressive collection of single malt whisky like Macallan and Highland Park 12 along with the unique Don Q Signature rum.
Not forgetting, their gin range, namely Von Haller’s, Poor Tom’s and selected wine collection.
The impressive interior setting of the restaurant offers cosy lounge seating bigger groups while the bar tables and stools can cater for smaller number of patrons.
They also present a two- piece band every Fridays and Saturdays for the entertainment pleasure of guests while crooners can sing during karaoke session.
Meanwhile, starting Dec 30, 2019 until Feb 2, 2020, Escobar Signature will be launching a beer drinking challenge. Entry fee is RM30 with room stay vouchers for winners offered every week !
Participants will need to consume three 3 bottles (330ml each) of Carlsberg beer as fast as they can while they are timed.
The fastest time recorded will be displayed at Escobar Signature until the next person beats the score.
