Check out the new showband, Electra Het talking to the stage nightly at the Hard Rock Cafe Penang in Batu Feringghi.
They are no strangers to the island as this is their second stint here.
They had just completed their gig at the Hard Rock Hotel in Bali, Indonesia.
To-date, other than Malaysia and Indonesia, the band had also performed in Thailand while on their travels.
In Greek, Ekectra Het means seven bright lights in old Greek language.
The band was formed in 2014 by Jimmy who plays the bass guitar and band leader.
Jimmy collaborated with six other talented musicians to from the band.
Among them are Indra on lead vocals, accompanied by two female vocalists, Ade and Maureen on the frontline.
Meanwhile Ardie also known as Boim is on lead guitar and RIzaldy is on the drums with Pampam on keyboards.
The band’s music genres includes rock, soul, R&B, alternative rock , pop and also guest requests which are in their repertoire.
They perform nightly from 10:30 pm onwards, except for Tuesdays and their contract ends in March 2020. For more details and reservation call 04-881-1711.
